Cancellation Policy
MK HairStudio and Spa LLC Cancellation Policies:
Appointments:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, services may be adjusted to fit the limited time frame, or we may need to reschedule.
Cancellations:
Cancellations and/or No-Shows within 24 hours: 50% of service cost charged and any deposits forfeited.
Hair Extensions:
Ordering your hair through MK HairStudio and Spa LLC is considered your deposit for an extension install (3–12+ hours).
• Cancellations or Rescheduling require 2 weeks notice to transfer the deposit.
• No-Shows, Same-Day Cancellations, or Last-Minute Rescheduling: Deposit forfeited, and 50% of the service cost charged.
Children and Pets:
For safety and space reasons, children are welcome only for scheduled services. Pets are not allowed in the salon, unless they are legitimate registered service animals.
